Welcome to Listing Assistant, operated by Saguaro, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Chrome extension and website dashboard (collectively, our "Services").

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Payment information is only collected if you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. Creating an account is free and does not require payment information.

Extension Data

When you use our Extension on supported e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Poshmark), we collect:

• Listing Content: Product images, titles, descriptions, and categories from the current listing page to provide AI-powered suggestions
• Shop ID: We read cookies from supported marketplace domains solely to identify your Shop ID and connect to your marketplace account. Important: For system integrity, only one Listing Assistant account can be connected to the same marketplace shop ID.
• Current URL: We detect if you're on a supported marketplace to activate the Extension and extension actions only. We do not track browsing history on other websites
• Extension Interactions: Clicks on buttons within our Extension interface to improve functionality

Authentication

We store authentication tokens securely in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and communicate with our API.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered listing assistance and pre-fill listing fields
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process payments and subscriptions (for users who choose to upgrade)
• Respond to support requests and improve our Services

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our business:

• Payment Processing (Paid Users Only): For users who upgrade to a paid subscription, we use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processor and is not stored on our servers. All payments are processed on behalf of Saguaro, Inc.
• Cloud Services: We use Amazon Web Services for secure data hosting

4. Chrome Permissions

Our extension requires access to tabs and cookies on supported marketplace domains only. We do not access data on any other websites.
